Hollowing Tools - Steady Rests

The Hollowing tool is probably the most demanded tool we fabricate. See it in action on our "How to Video" pages.

The tool is available in 3 options; as just the bit in either 1/4, 5/16 or 3/8 inch sizes, or we can also make you the steel bit holder shaft, or get it as a complete tool with a turned wood handle.

Want us to make you the bit holder shaft? This is an 18 inch metal bit holder, a set screw and 2 hollowing bits, a reground bit and a High Speed Steel Square cutter.

Wheel Arms are square tube steel construction.

Standard roller blade wheels and bearings for easy maintenance.

All parts are primed and painted to your color preference.

NEW - we now have a removable / adjustable arm bracket. This allows you to add an arm mount anywhere on the rim of the steady rest you want! You can order your steady rest anyway you want, with fixed or adjustable arm brackets. You can also order just the new adjustable arm bracket or get it complete with an arm a nd wheel assembly.
